Axartha Tarkaan was the old Grand Vizier to the Tisroc. He was Grand Vizier until the year 1014, when he died. He was apparently well aged, as Aravis Tarkheena told Shasta she doubted he would live much longer. He was succeeded as Grand Vizier by Ahoshta_(books).
